Return & Refund Policy

At SK Auto Lighting LLC, we value your satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition.
- Include original packaging, manuals, wiring, accessories, and any included components (e.g., bass knobs, remote controls).
- Show no signs of installation, modification, or physical damage.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Special-order products
- Open-box or previously installed items

Any item returned without all original components may be subject to additional deductions.

All refunds for non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective upon arrival, etc.).
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank/credit card issuer.
As an alternative, customers may choose a store credit for the full purchase amount (no restocking fee).

Exchanges may be approved for the same item or a different product.
If there is a price difference, a new invoice will be issued once the original item is received and inspected.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@skautolighting.com with photos of the issue.
We will review and provide next steps. For defective products covered by manufacturer warranties, we may direct you to the manufacturer for warranty service.

To return your product, you must first request authorization at support@skautolighting.com. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
