1. General Terms

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Product Information & Accuracy

Product specifications, features, and images are provided by the manufacturers and may vary without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors, incorrect pricing, or slight differences in product appearance due to packaging or design updates.

3. Installation Disclaimer

All products sold by SK Auto Lighting LLC should be installed by a qualified professional. We are not responsible for damage to vehicles, equipment, or personal property caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification of our products. Any items showing signs of installation (scratches, cut wires, soldered parts, drilled enclosures, etc.) are not eligible for return.

4. Warranty Coverage

Many products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Unless otherwise stated, warranty claims must be processed directly with the manufacturer. SK Auto Lighting LLC does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. Defective products reported outside of our 30-day return window must be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty process.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy governs all returns, exchanges, and refunds. By purchasing, you agree to the conditions outlined in that policy, including restocking fees and non-returnable items.

6. Payments & Chargebacks

You agree to provide valid payment details at checkout and authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes will be contested with order/shipping records and may result in account suspension or legal action. Orders flagged as high-risk may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Once an order is accepted by the shipping carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery errors once the package is in transit. Claims for shipping damage or lost items must be filed with the carrier.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SK Auto Lighting LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of vehicle function or electrical damage; labor costs associated with installation or removal of products; or data loss/settings loss from amplifiers, DSP units, or head units.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our products or site for illegal or unauthorized purposes, reselling items without authorization, or circumventing security or fraud systems.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
